A. All are perfumes are guaranteed genuine, we import all our perfumes from renowned wholesalers and distributors.
Q. Why are the perfumes so cheap?
A. We import all our perfumes directly from overseas wholesalers in bulk, which keeps the cost down and we pass on the savings to our customers. Normally there is a tendency to associate cheap prices with fake perfume, but please be assured that we only deal in genuine designer fragrances.
Q. Are all the perfumes in stock?
A. Yes !! We do maintain stock of all the perfumes that are available for sale on Perfumes "R" Us website. That is the reason why we can guarantee quick delivery times.
Q. Do you provide Australia wide delivery?
A. Yes we do provide Australia wide delivery.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. Please note that we provide FREE DELIVERY on orders over $100 (with the use of a Discount Code, please contact our sales team to obtain one). Our standard delivery charges are $9.95, this is a flat rate for the entire order.
Q. When are the ordered items shipped?
A. Upon recieving the payment, the goods are shipped next business day. If there is a delay due to any reason, we will advise you via Email. We use Australia Post and Fastway for fast and reliable service.
Q. What will happen if the recipient of the order is not home when the goods are delivered?
A. For security reasons, the recipient is required to sign before the goods are handed over, if the recipient is unavailable a Goods Collection Slip will be placed in your mailbox by Australia Post/Fastway for collection from a near by Australia Post outlet/depot.
If the parcel comes back to us marked as Return to Sender (RTS), we will have to charge you a redelivery fee to send it back. The redelivery fee is $9.95 for the entire order. Please note re delivery is never free of charge.
Q. Do you deliver to Post Office boxes?
A. For security reasons we prefer not to deliver to PO Boxes, but if you have a special need please mention so in the Special Instructions area and we will follow it up.
